| Concrete is widely used in today's civil engineering.Due to science and technology is advancing all the time and the study for the concrete mineral admixtures and admixtures constant deepening,the performance of concrete has been improved significantly.However,the cracking is inevitable no matter what kind of mineral admixtures and admixtures use,it becomes a difficult problem in academia.The main reason for cracking is plastic shrinkage.When the water loss,rate on the concrete surface is quicker than the supply rate in the concrete.And when the crushing stress of surface shrinkage to concrete is bigger than the limiting stress,it will crack.How to solve the crack problem has become a hot research topic in engineering field.Once the concrete structure crack,compressive strength,tensile strength and bending strength will be lower,influence the structure safety and usability.If crack,without the protection of concrete,rebar is easy to corrosion and rust when exposed to air.The effective section area will be reduced,the tensile strength will decrease,eventually lead to destroy of the structure.The purpose of this study is to reduce the cracks by studying kinds of measures.With qingyun yayuan construction project,using the research methods of theoretical and experimental research on the combination of the obtained comprehensive technical measures for reducing concrete cracks in construction engineering.For qingyun yayuan construction project,the paper adopts the methods that combine the theory and practice.In the security technology of large volume concrete in basement,transportation of concrete distance,transport equipment,mixing station supply capacity is considered to make the best use of deployment.Use the large steel formwork supporting system and integral distributing structure concrete.The casting temperature of concrete should be closed to and temperature.Wall concrete is the key of maintenance.With sticking film curing effect is the best in winter. |
