With the development of social economy,Screw Pile as the representative of "special-shaped pile" is applied to the housing construction and road and bridge construction.The shape of Screw Pile is similar to the "screw".The upper part is the cylinder and the lower part is the spiral.Screw Pile is a new construction technology.It has no noise,no vibration,no mud and so on.Compared with traditional cast-in-place pile,the bearing capacity of Screw Pile is more advantageous.Theory and practice are inadequate,so Screw Pile is seldom used in engineering practice.In this paper,the design,construction and experiment of Screw Pile are analyzed and studied,witch based on the practice of the high-speed rail.1.In view of the engineering geological characteristics in the high-speed rail,the CFG and Screw Pile is designed to solve problems.Through the analysis of construction process,technological process and economic cost.It is considered that Screw Pile is reasonable.2.The load displacement function is obtained by studying the soil around Screw Pile.use Ansys finite element software to analyze the mechanical behavior of Screw Pile under the action of load.The ultimate load of Screw Pile is determined by load displacement curve.It is reasonable to verify the use of screws.3.Analyze the construction process,process and quality assurance measures of Screw Pile.In view of the insufficiency in traditional technology,the construction process of Screw Pile is improved by combining with the high-speed rail engineering practice.4.Screw Pile was tested by static test.It is reasonable to determine Screw Pile by load displacement curve.Based on the conclusion of the test and the analysis of the finite element software,the rationality of the finite element analysis is determined.
