With the advent of the experience economy era,people are becoming more and more important in user experience.Users are not only satisfied with the basic attributes of the product's appearance and functionality,but more importantly,they get a wonderful experience from product interaction and service and rely on spiritual values.The design research of intelligent products is to coordinate the relationship between people and products as a whole,at the same time to consider the relationship between the various elements of the use scenario.Use design thinking methods to make the product system achieve its intended function.By improving the user experience to enhance the product's market competitiveness,it also brings a new turning point for the company's marketing.This article starts from the perspective of user research,by observing the user's life,understanding the user's behavior,and insighting into the touch points where the user gains experience in the process of interacting with the product.Capturing touch points and analyzing user events occurring in different scenarios,looking for key touch points and associating user touch points,building service ecology maps,helping designers to view design issues from the system's perspective,and defining user needs.Through previous research and analysis,product function requirements are obtained and product functions are prioritized,and products with higher sensitivity are selected for design and development.By analyzing the interactive design of the product and its own constituent factors,the design leads are derived and the design of the auxiliary design is completed.Through the evaluation of the design plan and the selection of the best solution for prototype testing,a systematic and all-around solution to the design problem is finally achieved and the user experience is enhanced.The main research work is as follows:1)It is difficult to grasp the core requirements of users in the development of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises' products,leading to thedeviation of product development direction,long time-consuming,and even the status of planning failure,and conduct in-depth user research.Combined with the service design method,the user's living habits are scrutinized,user behaviors are decomposed and connected in series,and user touch points in each usage scenario are studied.2)I put forward a new method named touch point correlation model to help designers reduce design positioning in the product definition phase and accurately capture design requirements that can enhance user experience.Use user research and marketing methods to evaluate the importance of touch points,prioritize product functions,and finally export design clues.3)Taking the smart home terminal product as an example for design research,analyzing the relevant stakeholder relationships,human-machine interaction modes,and interconnection relationships between products of smart home terminal products,and drawing design proposals based on design clues and conducting prototype tests,verifying the validity and feasibility of the touch point correlation model and design thinking method to improve the effectiveness and feasibility of the user experience.
