Nuclear facilities have the potential radioactive hazard,how to carry out a scientific and efficient mission plan of various construction operations,develop safe and reasonable construction programs,and give an objective evaluation.Uphold the principle of optimization of radiation protection,to make the construction high efficiency and ordered,achieve the ultimate goal of nuclear facilities operation scenarios safety and efficiency.These must be solved to ensure the safe development of nuclear energy.The main methods,key technology and development status of task allocation,path planning and project evaluation were compared.Study on the design and evaluation of multi-person construction program,combined with the characteristics of radiation field in nuclear facilities scene.Firstly,based on the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and the 0-1 linear programming method,a task allocation model suitable for the characteristics of the nuclear facility scenario is proposed,which completes the scientific matching of personnel and tasks.Secondly,the path planning method based on multi-stage ant colony algorithm is given.It is divided into two parts: path pre-planning and fine planning.The pre-planning process and task assignment are mutually coupled,which can provide target parameters for task assignment model while realizing efficient planning.The fine planning part is inspired by the pre-planning result,which aims to quickly and accurately optimize the multi-objective problem,it can provide paths that meet the result of the task assignment,make the task construction plan completely.Finally,a comprehensive model of program evaluation based on AHP and cross Data Envelopment Analysis is proposed,the relative merits of each program are sorted,which make up for the program optimization blind random defects.According to the theoretical research on the design and evaluation of multi-person collaborative work programs,combined with the virtual simulation technology,developed a set of multi-person collaborative operation simulation system integrating task allocation,path planning and program comprehensive evaluation.The system has a visible radiation field distribution of the nuclear facilities as the scene construction environment,interaction user friendly interface,simple operation and convenient for practical engineering application.The simulation test results verify that the methods and models proposed in this paper are scientific and reasonable,all functions developed in the system are accurate and effective,which can provide supportive support for the design and decision-making of multi-person collaborative work programs in nuclear facilities.
