| With the promotion of "Green Building",the prefabricated building will become the trend of building development.In the case of prefabricated buildings,the design of connecting joints is not an important design aspect,but also an important part of promoting the development of prefabricated buildings.At present,the main form of the joint in our country is the H-beam H-column,with the appearance of square tubular columns,it overcomes the shortcomings of different rigidities on both sides of the H-shaped columns.Based on this,this paper summarizes the present situation of the beam-column joint,which is suitable for the prefabricated building in China and abroad,and puts forward the prefabricated square column H-beam outer-shell joint,which is suitable for the low-rise prefabricated building.The joint based on the square column,increased jacket plate,strengthening the stiffness of the column,played a "strong column" role.The joint in the field only need to bolt,convenient and quick,in line with the characteristics of the prefabricated building.The research of this paper is carried out around this joint,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Design and carry out the monotonic static experiments of four full-scale square column H-beam outer-shell joint,obtained the failure process,ultimate load and ultimate displacement and so on.The stress performance and failure mode of the square column H-beam outer-shell joint under the action of monotonic load are investigated.(2)The ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate the joints.Based on the finite element analysis results,the plastic development and failure process of each joint under monotonic loading are analyzed.The ultimate load and ultimate displacement of the joints are summarized.The mechanical properties of the joint are analyzed.At the same time,the results of finite element simulation are compared with the experimental results,and a more clear understanding of the stress morphology of such joints is obtained.(3)By using ABAQUS finite element software,a low cycle reciprocating load is applied to the outer-shell joint to simulate the earthquake action.Through the analysis of the presence or absence of the plate,the number of stiffeners,the length of stiffener,the presence or absence of the ear plate,the hole number of the connector,the spacing between beam and outer-shell,the section area of beam,select the joint with better performance to recommend the actual engineering applications.On this basis,the influence of the factors such as the thickness of the outer-shell,the thickness of the connecting member,the thickness of the stiffener,the properties of the material and the preload of the bolt on the seismic performance of the joint is studied.(4)Combining the results of experiment and finite element analysis,we get the conclusion of general regularity,summarize the research of square column H-beam outer-shell joint,and point out the further research direction. |
