Optimization Of Energy Consumption Structure Based On Green Development

Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has developed at a high speed,accompanied by problems such as shortage of energy and resources and environmental degradation.If we want to solve these problems fundamentally,we must start from all aspects of economic system,energy system and environmental system.Therefore,our country has put forward green development,and it has proved that it is inevitable for our country to take the green development road.The energy consumption structure based on coal has a series of negative effects on energy security,environment and economic development,which seriously affects the green development of our country.Therefore,the realization of China’s green development cannot be separated from the optimization and adjustment of the energy consumption structure.This paper first defines the connotation of green development and energy consumption structure,and then constructs the influencing factors system of energy consumption structure through the reference of related literature and data,and measures and analyzes the influencing factors.This paper selects the representative index of 12 fields of green development,and measures the green development index according to these indicators,and analyzes the trend of green development in China.Then the correlation between green development index and energy consumption structure is determined by means of econometric model,which is co-integration analysis and Granger causal test.Finally,the co-integration index and the energy consumption structure index of the 12 fields of green development are analyzed,the co-integration relationship is verified,and then the Granger causality test is performed on the indicators that have co-integration relationship with the energy consumption structure index.Finally,three indicators are selected.They are: income indicators,energy indicators and climate indicators.Based on the above research,this paper constructs an optimization model of energy consumption structure based on green development.Firstly,the three representative indicators of green development and the energy consumption structure index are predicted by scenario analysis method in the next few years according to the country’s strategic goals in 2020.Then the optimization model of energy consumption structure based on green development is established based on the result of scenario prediction,and the optimization strategy is given based on the result of optimization.
