With the development of engine electronic control technology,high speed and integration have become the development trend of modern engine electronic control technology.However more and more complex electronic control systems also make the electromagnetic environment more complex,which has important impact on the stability of the electronic control system.In order to improve the electromagnetic environment of the engine control system,based on a marine engine fuel injection system,a hardware driving platform was built for the high-speed solenoid valve of the fuel injection system,and the EMC Simulation and optimization were carried out.In this paper,we set up a mathematical model for the driving and control system of the high-speed solenoid valve of the engine,and analyzed the response characteristics of the high-speed solenoid valve,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the design and matching of the driving circuit of the high-speed solenoid valve.On this basis,this paper also design a high-speed solenoid valve drive control hardware platform,including the main controller,signal acquisition,power supply and drive modules.Secondly,the hardware platform design,the EMC analysis software of the circuit principle and the design of the circuit board for modeling and simulation based on the transmission line theory,through the analysis and design of power supply network of high-speed signal reflection and crosstalk of the simulation model from two angles and resonant impedance.The effect of different end connection on the quality of the signal,and the influence of the distance between different signal lines and the thickness of the medium on the crosstalk are analyzed.Through the simulation analysis,it is found that the signal quality of the power network is greatly improved by adding decoupling capacitor.Through the simulation of circuit level and board level model,the magnitude and distribution of conducted interference and radiation interference emission are obtained.The optimization of electromagnetic interference is studied from two aspects of interference source and coupling way.The influence of different influence factors on the interference source is studied.It is found that the interference source is larger in the case of high frequency and high circuit power.At the same time,the coupling effects of decoupling,bypass and filtering on the coupling path,as well as layout and wiring optimization,grounding,shielding and other electromagnetic interference are studied,and the electric control system is optimized through these ways.The shielding effectiveness of the shielding box is calculated according to the simulation results.Finally,I test the design of the optimized hardware platform for the drive and control.The test results and the simulation results are compared in this paper.According to the experimental results,this paper validates the validity of the established model and the optimization method adopted.
