| When dredged slurry with high water content,compressibility and viscosity was treated by vacuum preloading combined PVDs,the soil would have a large amount of settlement,leading to a serious deformation of PVDs.This paper present a method to test the performance of PVDs,instead of testing the discharge capacity test,and a pilot test with various typical deformation of integrated PVDs,including straight style,natural style,S-bending style,zigzag style and Z-bending style,was conducted.At the same time,a natural style PVDs was also tested for comparison.Finally,a field case study was present,settlement,layered settlement,pore water pressure,vacuum pressure and lateral deformation in deep layer were measured in the test.The results showed that:(1)PVDs space of 70cm is better than 80cm for improved vacuum preloading.(2)The efficiency of improved vacuum preloading is better the conventional one.(3)NPVD has a better effect than CPVD for improved vacuum preloading.(4)PVDs space of 80cm for improved vacuum preloading is better than 70cm for conventional vacuum preloading.In conclusion,applying the improved method combined NPVD with space of 80cm is recommended for improvement of dredged slurry of Zhuangyuan south land reclamation area... |
