New energy sources are favored by countries all over the world because of their environmental protection,safety,cleanliness and sustainability.The exploitation and utilization of new energy sources have become an important part of the strategy of sustainable energy development in all countries in the world.In China,the new energy industry is gradually emerging and developing as a new industry,and the new energy and related electrical equipment industry also expands rapidly.With the rapid drop in the price of new energy auxiliary electrical equipment,the profit margin of the products in this industry is continuously dropping.Some suppliers are forced by the pressure of market competition to reduce production costs,which lead to the highlight of equipment quality contradictions.Improve the quality control of new energy auxiliary electrical equipment needs to establish a sound management system and normal quality supervision and monitoring mechanism,combined with the difference in inspection methods to improve work effectiveness.This paper introduces the concept and connotation of big data,as well as the status quo and prospects of big data analysis at home and abroad.It discusses the meaning of the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index and discusses the feasibility of Herfindahl-Hirschman Index introduced to quality management of new energy auxiliary electrical equipment and clearly points out that the combination of Big Data concept and Hirschman Index Model is the maximization of data value.In order to solve the problem of substituting the declarative problem into the big data model computing system,the process of transferring business factors into effective data is demonstrated.Combining with the datamation and structuration of quality problems,the paper analyzes the computing model,concludes the quality problems of new energy auxiliary electrical equipment based on big data,and even makes use of computing model to further evaluate the causes of electrical equipment quality problems,propose quality management recommendations based on the conclusions,and update management and control tools.
