Chemical-Looping Combustion?CLC?attracts widespread attention for its low energy consumption,low pollution and inherent CO2 separation.In this article a design and thermal calculation of 300MWth industrial boiler for gas fuel with chemical-looping combustion is proposed.?1?A flow structure with a large void rate 0.93 is chosen to be air reactor?AR?,which can ensure the oxygen carrier oxidized and transported by the air fast.To guarantee complete reaction of gas fuel in the fuel reactor?FR?,a bubbling bed with void rate 0.75 is chosen,which makes the gas fuel and OC mixed intensively and a long residence time.?2?The body size of the reactor:the cross-sectional area and the height of the AR is 81 m2 and 38 m,while the FR is 116 m2 and 13.8 m.The initial operation parameters of the reactor:the operation temperatures of AR and FR are 970?and950?respectively;the bed material industry of AR is approximately 25.1 t,and the FR is 40.4 t;the fluidized wind of AR is air of 145.15 m3,280?at 4.17 m/s,while the FR is water gas of 56.79 m3,280?at 1.63 m/s.?3?The processes of the heat transfer are economizer?water wall?low temperature super-heater?platen super-heater?high temperature super-heater for AR and economizer?vapor generator?low temperature super-heater?high temperature super-heater for FR.By means of thermal calculation,the heat transfer between AR and FR,the distribution of heat,the arrangement and the design of the heat exchanger are all confirmed.And the exhaust gas temperature of the AR is63.6?and FR is 115.7?.?4?According to the thermal calculation and the simulation of heat transfer processes with Aspen Plus,the thermal efficiency of the CLC reactor is above87%,which is comparable to traditional boilers.The high carbon capture rate 99.97%with low-energy,compared with the conventional boilers,make the chemical-looping combustion promising.
