| Energy,as the driving force for development in the new period,not only restricts but brings economic development,technological advancement,and other benefits,but also brings many energy security challenges.Due to its advantages of green,high efficiency,low cost,and renewable,distributed energy has gradually increased in the entire power system,and ti is a difficult problem to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power grid while improving the distribution of distributed energy.The active distribution network proposed in recent years provides a way to solve this problem.This topic is based on the Shangrao Economic Development Zone,and the active control system is constructed,and the active control technology scheme is studied.The main work is as follows:1.The status of the power grid and the situation of distributed energy in Shangrao Economic Development Zone are sorted out to determine the functional requirements and construct the structural framework of the active control system.The functional requirements mainly focus on the user’s electricity demand,elimination of grid operation failures,improvement of the level of distributed energy consumption,and realization of optimal operation of the entire network where the concept of active control system construction was conceived.So the active control system was determined to include four modules of photovoltaic power generation forecasting,user load forecasting,demand response,and source network and load coordination control,in which the source-network-load coordination control is the core module.2.Detailed design and elaboration of the coordinated control technology of the source,network and load are included.The control technology includes three levels: The point control is based on a unit composed of low voltage distribution,low voltage line,low voltage load and distributed power connected with low voltage.The energy balance and the elimination voltage of the unit are realized by active control.The line control is based on a unit of 10 kV feeders,and it controls the distributed power supply and voltage and reactive control equipment on the feeders to achieve a distributed power supply and to prevent a voltage limitation.The surface control is composed of multiple feeder units,which can be reconstructed by network to eliminate the overload of equipment and improve the ability of distributed power supply.The three kinds of control have their own usage scenarios and scope,and they are combined together to realize the the source-network-load coordination control based on point-line-surface coordination,to realize active control of the distribution network in the Economic Development Zone,and finally to improve the energy consumption of distributed energy and ensure the safe and economic operation of the power grid.3.The three control strategies are analyzed to verify their validity and feasibility. |
