At present,the energy structure of Chinese power industry is main base on coal,and coal is the main pollutant in China's power industry.The rapid development of the power industry will have a huge impact on China's resources and environment.We should prevent and control pollution,implement energy conservation and emission reduction,persist in sustainable development,and intensify environmental protection.Slurry circulating pump is an important part of thermal power plant's pollution prevention and control,and its operation stability is very important.At the same time,with the increase of coal prices and other factors,the profit margins of thermal power plants are getting smaller and smaller.The power consumption of large auxiliaries such as slurry circulating pump will directly affect the economic benefits of power plants.Based on the running status of the desulfurization system of Hebei Xingtai Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,a set of scheme to control the energy saving operation of the slurry circulating pump with high voltage frequency conversion system is designed.The frequency control system can automatically adjust the speed of the slurry circulating pump according to the real-time weather pollution condition and emission standard,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and SO2 precision adjustment,and reduce the equipment loss due to the frequent start and stop of the motor.
