Landscape design itself is a process of continuous observation and discovery and intervention.In the design,we must first understand the site through analysis,and then grasp the characteristics of the site,and ultimately apply it to the design.However,in the actual project,some designers often neglect the analysis of the design of the site and the refinement of the characteristics of the design,from the actual situation of the site to design,a simple pursuit of the form of beauty.At the same time in recent years,with the rapid development of China’s landscape architecture industry and tourism industry,the construction of scenic spots has reached an unprecedented climax,and the development and construction of scenic spots has also continued to develop in breadth and depth.At the same time,in the wave of construction,some design practitioners and scenic developers have often ignored the fundamental soul and characteristics of the site in order to maximize economic efficiency,resulting in more and more serious homogenization and urbanization of the landscape.The landscape loses its unique charm under the rapid construction cycle.However,the landscape in the scenic spots has unique characteristics that cannot be duplicated,so how to fully analyze and understand the site in the scenic spots design of scenic spots,and on the basis of protecting the background of landscape resources,maximizing the characteristics of the site and using This is the basic starting point for creation,and it is a topic that is urgently needed for landscape architects to focus on thinking.Based on these existing problems,this paper through the combing summary of the site characteristics and attractions design related theories,site analysis and feature extraction as the starting point,followed by analysis of the site analysis methods and content,site characteristics of the two major aspects of analysis.In combination with the specific reality in the scenic spots design of the scenic spot,the method of site features used in the scenic spot design was proposed in a targeted manner.Finally,the design of the scenic spots of the Mt.The analysis,the extraction of features,and the use of site characteristics were studied in order to provide a certain feasibility study for the use of site characteristics to maximize the design of scenic spots.
