| The development of green smart grids has affected the quality and frequency stability of the grid.At the same time, with the large-scale electric vehicles connected to the grid, the forecast of the grid load becomes a necessary condition for studying the frequency characteristics of the grid.In this paper, the real-time schedulable capacity load forecasting method is studied to realize the forecasting of the EV’s dispatchable capacity and the regulation of the grid frequency.Under the condition of large-scale grid-connected electric vehicles, the predictable capacity of electric vehicles is forecasted.Taking the load of a single area as an example, the size and the change curve of the schedulable capacity of electric vehicles are predicted, and a load frequency control scheme is proposed. The model was controlled and based on the schedulable capacity, the impact of the access of the electric vehicle on the grid frequency was analyzed.A real-time data acquisition platform was established to monitor charging stations and charging piles.Combined with the construction of charging facilities in the northern Anhui power grid,a frequency-modulation design based on genetic algorithms was used to achieve grid-connected frequency modulation of electric vehicles. After experimental analysis,it was proposed. The scheduling scheme can make the overall system more stable and dynamic, and the power quality of the system is even greater. |
