With the advent of the “Internet Plus” era,the commercial forms are moving towards a multiplex and complex trend.Traditional retail entity businesses are in urgent need of new development models to get rid of the dilemma.With the advent of the era of economic experience,traditional consumer attitudes can no longer satisfy people's needs.Under the influence of these two external factors,the experience-oriented business of spatial organization has brought vitality to the traditional entity business by focusing on people's emotional experience as a clue.As a form of experiential business,Commercial Water Street can not only enhance commercial vitality,promote economic development,but also increase consumption levels,improve shopping behavior,and realize people's physical and mental selffulfilment.The process of urbanization is accelerating,and the construction quality of commercial water streets is related to the common interests of developers and consumers.How to fine-tune the control of commercial space design and improve the overall space quality has become a key issue in the current construction of commercial water streets.Based on the theory of experiential business and environmental behavior,this paper selects Shenzhen Happy Coast as the research object under the ASEB grid analysis method,and conducts research on its actions,environment,experience,and interests to explore the actions of pedestrians in commercial water streets.The relevance of the situation to the spatial environment explores the optimal design strategy for the external space of commercial water streets.The paper selects a total of 42 commercial water street cases at home and abroad for research,combing the development history and status quo,and divides them into two types of watersheds according to the scale standards,and uses the semantic ontology to construct the system according to the organization methods and constituent elements.Taking the Happy Coast in Shenzhen as a case study,trajectory tracking was carried out.From the nuclear density image,the feature space was selected to conduct a comparative study on the status of the action.At the same time,SD method experience perception evaluation was performed on the feature space,and the spatial characteristics of shopping malls and Qushuiwan commercial water streets at different scales were summarized.The correlation analysis of experience perception evaluation and action status provides the basis for improving the quality of commercial water street space.Through the analysis of the four aspects of action,environment,experience and interests,the specific design strategies for commercial water streets are summarized from three levels: water space,coastal space and near-water space.The full text is based on the analysis framework of the ASEB grid analysis method,studies the external space environment of the commercial water street,summarizes the design strategy of the commercial water street external space,provides the design theoretical basis for the commercial water street,and is applicable to the commercial water street and related The improvement of the quality of the external space of the experiential commercial street has certain significance.
