With the progress of science and technology and the promotion of electricity market reform,the large capacity ultra supercritical unit has gradually become the mainstream unit of the thermal power plant.The economy of the unit directly determines the market competitiveness of the enterprise and is closely related to the survival of the enterprise.This paper first introduces the role and status of the condenser in the electric plant,and then expounds the recent years.The development of the related research and prediction evaluation of the steam turbine vacuum system.Then some research work has been drawn up by the author.That is,the first,the study of the steam leakage system transformation of the steam turbine,the transformation of the vacuum pump entrance pipe and the transformation of the shaft seal overflow system to the economy of the vacuum system of the unit;the second,analysis of the circulating water.The effect of the "two machine three pump" operation mode on the vacuum system and the boundary conditions of this mode of operation are adopted.The third,analysis of the cause and harm of the vacuum reduction of the condenser.Finally,an effective method to improve the vacuum of the condenser is put forward.
