Under the environment of the dramatic changes in the climate of the whole world,more and more extreme weather appears,at high altitudes and wet environment,wind turbine blade is very easy to freeze,it will change the aerodynamic performance after the blade icing and reduce wind turbine efficiency,so the method of make the wind turbine blade prevented from ice and deice has a great significance.In this paper,use the gas turbine film cooling technology,presents a film-heating method to prevent the turbine blade from freezing.In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to prevent the blade of the vertical axis wind turbine,and the design of the ice removal is studied,First,the two-dimensional non-holes airfoil is simulated,according double tube model with MATLAB programming,the curves of power coefficient and tip speed ratio are compared with the numerical simulation results to verify the correctness of the model.Then under the mainstream and jet velocity ratio different situations,different chord and film hole diameter ratio model is simulationed.Analyze the pressure coefficient,stall characteristics and film-heating efficiency,and holes model and the non-holes models are compared in order to make different models to reduce the impact of the open hole on the aerodynamic performance and ensure good heating effect.Found that when the chord and film heating holes diameter ratio and the phase angles are different,there are different affects on airfoil aerodynamic performance.At the same time,the influence of the aerodynamic performance of the airfoil is larger when the ratio of the jet velocity ratio is too low.Finally,the three-dimensional model is established,and the effect of the gas film on the surface of the blade is simulated and analyzed by the method of the combination of the primary gas film hole and the secondary gas film hole,found that when the difference between the primary hole diameter and the secondary hole diameter is 1 mm,the center distance between the primary hole and the secondary hole is 1.83 times of the diameter of the primary hole,the blade can form a relatively good hot gas film.Aerodynamic characteristics;...
