Steel corrosion has become a key factor affecting the durability of concrete structures.Stainless steel bars can fundamentally improve the durability of concrete structures.At present,the research on the stainless steel reinforced concrete structure is mainly focused on its corrosion resistance.The research on the mechanical behavior of the stainless steel reinforced concrete structure is still less.The force and coordinated deformation between the reinforced steel bar and the concrete are transmitted through the bond anchorage.Full bond anchorage is the prerequisite for good performance of steel and concrete members,it is also the key to the research of austenitic stainless steel reinforcement concrete and the premise of engineering application.The experimental study on the bond anchorage performance of austenitic stainless steel reinforcement and concrete was carried out,the influence of various factors on the bond anchorage properties of austenitic stainless steel reinforcement concrete is researched.The finite element analysis software is used to simulate the different anchorage length specimens,and the correctness of the model and the bond slip constitutive model are verified.The main contents are as follows:(1)First,the material performance test of three kinds of austenitic stainless steel bars and ordinary carbon steel bars were carried out,and the basic mechanical properties of elastic modulus,elongation,yield strength and ultimate tensile strength were measured.(2)11 groups of austenitic stainless steel reinforcement concrete central pull-out tests were carried out.By changing the concrete strength,steel bar diameter,anchorage length,protective layer thickness and stirrup ratio,the influence of various factors on specimens destruction,bond stress slip curve and ultimate bond strength is analyzed,and the relationship between the influence factors on the bond strength is summed up.Based on the test results,the calculation formula of bond strength of austenitic stainless steel bar and concrete is regressed.(3)1 groups of 3 ordinary carbon reinforcement concrete center pull-out test and 1 groups of 3 ferrite stainless steel reinforcement concrete center pull-out test were carried out,and the difference of bond performance between three kinds of reinforced steel bars and concrete is compared and analyzed.(4)Through the reliability analysis of austenitic stainless steel reinforcement concrete,the design value of the anchorage length of austenitic stainless steel reinforcement concrete is obtained by using the center point method.Comparison of the norms on the ordinary carbon steel reinforcement concrete basic anchorage length calculation formula,design proposal for anchorage length of austenitic stainless steel reinforcement concrete members is proposed.(5)Different anchorage lengths specimens were nonlinear analyzed by finite element software,and the simulation results are compared with the experimental results.
