With the energy consumption increasing year by year,building energy saving has become a challenge for the construction industry.The old wall materials and system have been unable to meet the relevant thermal parameters of the existing specifications.As the solid clay brick and other wall materials which is energy-consuming and high pollution to be scrapped,efficient,lightweight and energy-saving composite wall system gradually occupied the market,and new construction materials have been developing rapidly along with the construction industry.Because of the development time is short,there is no unified composite wall evaluation system can be the basis in domestic.A large number of inferior shoddy products into the market,brings adverse effect.In order to promote the further benign development of the composite wall and to drive the inferior products out of the market,to realize the energy saving of architecture industry in terms of retaining structure innovation,this paper use composite wall in severe cold and cold zones as the research object,aiming at evaluate the overall performance of common composite wall on the market structure and create the quantitative analysis of composite wall in severe cold and cold zones,which based on regional characteristics and relevant national laws and regulations.This paper through the basic theory analysis of the severe cold and cold regions composite wall evaluation system and Shenyang civil building wall research,combined with the actual demand and issued by the ministry of national relevant specification standard.In this paper,two primary indexes,eight secondary indexes and 26 quantitative three-level indexes were formulated,and the evaluation system of composite wall indexes in cold and cold regions was developed.The method of establishing composite wall evaluation system in cold and cold region is the expert group analytic hierarchy process,according to the result of expert evaluation to build weight distribution judgment matrix,and with the help of the software is getting cold and cold regions composite wall at every level of the evaluation index system of index weight coefficient.On the basis of existing specifications and standards,and related works,26 level 3 indicators of the evaluation rules of evaluation rules strictly follow the relevant laws and regulations,ensure the objectivity of rules and can examine.Finally,a case study of composite wall is carried out through the completed cold and cold region composite wall evaluation system.Participate in the evaluation of the wall will be divided into two classes:masonry structure and the structure of concrete.The masonry structure wall of the evaluation is the solidification block-rigid polyurethane wall and sintered porous brick-polyphenylene plate wall,which the final score was 62.04 and 62.04.The strength of the concrete structure wall is C30 and C40 respectively,which are 58.65 and 57.8.In addition,the effect of concrete structure wall on environment is slightly better than masonry structure.Due to the different evaluation rules of quality indicators,there is no direct comparison,but the advantages and disadvantages of the two are similar.By comparing the scores of four kinds of wall with different indexes,the advantages and disadvantages of each wall are analyzed.In the current environment of building energy conservation,the development and promotion of composite wall has played an important role.The study on the quantitative analysis of composite wall in severe cold and cold zones will play a key role in regulating the wall market and ensuring the benign development of the composite wall.
