The Engineering Survey And Deformation Analysis Of Car Dumper Shed On Caofeidian Coal Termianl

With the development of economy and the progress of the social construction in China,more and more all kinds of large-scale engineering construction is appeared.At the same time,the precision of Engineering measurement is required higher and higher,the function of engineering survey in engineering construction is more and more remarkable.Aiming at the measurement and deformation monitoring of engineering construction stage,on the background of car dumper shed construction survey project on the Caofeidian Coal Terminal,this paper is analyzed from the design of the measure,the data processing of the control network,layout method and precision analysis,and settlement monitoring and analysis to ensure the smooth progress of the project.Fist of all,with the engineering design and construction scheme content,the content,sequence and the characteristics of the project construction are studied.On the basis of above,the measurement scheme is designed,including basis of specification,main technical requirements,accuracy requirements,control network design,layout design and so on.Then,based on the measurement scheme,this paper layouts construction control network and the results of processing show that the precision of the control network can meet the requirements of relevant engineering specifications.And then,on the basis of analysis on the error sources of the setting out method and the precision of layout,engineering data can verify the precision of layout.And the total station measuring method without instrument high is applied for elevation layout.The experimental results show that this method can replace the fourth-order leveling and save manpower and time.At last,in order to ensure the safety of the dumper body construction,this paper monitors main body settlement,draws settlement curve and establishes multiple linear regression model to predict the settlement trend.
