Function Analysis And Test Of Ningde 110kV Bailin Substation Remote Operating System

Network technology is widely used in power industry,its main function is to support power system communication and data transmission function.However,with the birth of new technology,early transformer substation control system is eliminated,which requires more rapid and comprehensive communication technology and specifications.Network technology is widely used in power industry,its main function is to support power system communication and data transmission function.However,with the birth of new technology,early transformer substation control system is eliminated,which requires more rapid and comprehensive communication technology and specifications.The remote channel delay fault in Ningde 110kV substation as an example,the main research contents are as follows:First of all,the IEC60870-5-104 protocol and network technology used in the mainstream are analyzed,and the principle and method of substation RTU(remote Terminal Unit)system are introduced in depth.It is helpful to make correct analysis and treatment in the first time of its failure,and to improve the power supply reliability of power system effectively.Secondly,the function of telecontrol system is analyzed:testing technology and protocol.According to the characteristics and functions of remote system,several main current protocols,telecontrol devices and switches are analyzed and compared.Based on the above-mentioned comparative analysis results,IEC60870-5-104 protocol,Beijing Sifang ’ s CSM320E remote control unit and D-LINK DES-1 switch are selected.Four remote debugging schemes are established to carry out remote four-remote debugging of 110 kV substation in Ningde.Finally,the development and prospect of telecontrol technology in the future are analyzed.The conclusions of this paper are helpful to realize the remote information monitoring and remote system control,and to improve the working efficiency.
