In the era of rapid economic development in our country,people's requirements for public buildings are no longer confined to the use of function,but to the requirements of building space comfort,in our country,medical,commercial and other public buildings,comfort space has more and more influence on people's psychology and physiology,and the people used in hospital buildings are obviously different from public buildings such as hotels,businesses,schools and offices.Because the main users of hospital buildings are medical attendants and escorts,their physical conditions are relatively weak.Compared with other public buildings,they need a more comfortable visiting environment.In addition,under the general trend of building space in our country to be suitable for development,thermal environment reconstruction is the best choice to build a comfortable thermal environment in hospital,especially the low technology and low cost thermal environment transformation is worth further study.This paper is divided into five parts.In the first part,the present situation of the existing problems in the transition space between the building and the outside of the existing cold region hospital is summarized,and then the transformation of the thermal environment inside and outside the building of the cold region hospital in our country is taken as the starting point.This paper analyzes the significance of the research on the transformation of the thermal environment of the transition space in and out of the building room of the cold region hospital,and collects and reads the papers and periodicals related to the field of the thermal environment of the hospital building at home and abroad,and through the theory of the transition space design of the public building,The concrete analysis of domestic and foreign works and examples of indoor and outdoor transition space climate buffer gradient theory,as well as the in-depth understanding of the development trend of hospital architecture design in China.The main research content of this paper is the transformation strategy of the transition space thermal environment in the cold region hospital building indoor and outdoor,and the research method and the frame of this paper are determined.In the second part of this paper,the theoretical basis of thermal comfort is expounded,and then the typical position,function type and interface type of the transition space in and out of the building of cold region hospital are summarized and summarized.Secondly,the typical model of the transition space in and out of the hospital building is summed up according to the existing cold hospital buildings,and the characteristics of the transition space in and out of the room are summarized from the composition,position and function of each type of transition space in and out of the room.The third part mainly carries on the field survey to the existing cold region hospital building indoor and outdoor transition space thermal environment,obtains many groups of measurement data and makes the measurement result analysis.A subjective questionnaire survey was conducted on the thermal environment of the transition space in and out of the hospital buildings,and the problems in the transition space of the existing cold hospital buildings were summarized through the analysis results.The main problems are as follows:the lobby in the transition space of outpatient building and the temperature of the outpatient hall can not reach the design temperature range required in the relevant codes;Subjective questionnaire found that the main questions are:people generally feel cold about the hospital building lobby,the outpatient hall and the corridor space near the outside wall or window of the building.The fourth part is mainly about the strategy of reconstructing the door space.Taking Shenyang women and infants hospital and Liaoning provincial people's hospital as examples,the model is established.The simulation software was used to simulate the thermal environment before and after the retrofit strategy of the door bucket space thermal environment,and the simulation results before and after the transformation were compared and analyzed,and the more ideal transformation strategy of each thermal environment transformation strategy was obtained.The fifth part mainly aims at the cold region hospital building hall,the outpatient clinic hall space puts forward the thermal environment transformation strategy,also uses the simulation software to simulate the two abstract models before and after transformation,and compares and analyzes the simulation results before and after the transformation.The ideal strategy of each transformation strategy is obtained.The sixth part mainly takes Liaoning provincial people's hospital as an example,synthetically uses the relatively superior transformation strategy summarized in the third and fourth chapters to carry on the indoor and outdoor transition space thermal environment transformation.The simulation software was used to simulate the thermal environment of the model before and after the transformation,and the simulation results before and after the transformation were compared and analyzed,and the feasible thermal environment transformation strategy was obtained.
