According to the actual production of today's society and the needs of emergency rescue,transportation equipments are required to transport in a variety of complex conditions.They are also required to transport relief equipmen and materials in the complex risk of disaster site.We should study the stability of serpentine belt conveyor system's turn in the processin according to the existing study of it,which is the great significance for the actual production and our life.Based on the existing research results,this paper analyzes the non-linear turning mechanism of the serpentine belt conveyor and establishes the non-linear dynamic model of the conveyor system and its stability condition,the driving stability domain and the boundary condition and the critical value of its instability.In this paper,we take the three trolleys as an example and establishes the kinetic equations of the trolleys by mechanics analysis and the equations of motion of the trolleys.Through the geometrical relations of the trolleys,this paper establishes the serpentine belt conveyor Four-degree-of-freedom nonlinear dynamics model.According to the analysis the force of the tape during the turning process,this paper builds the tape at the corner.We judge the established nonlinear dynamical system stability based on Hurwitz criterion.Subsequently,this paper uses the bifurcation theory to analyze the singularity of the nonlinear dynamical system and the stability of the system.And then we use chaos theory to study the unsteady steering chaotic motion of conveyor system.This paper introduces the car tire coordinate system and use the Pacejka magic formula and the three tire formula to build the tires model.This paper uses the Ayderman method to construct the Lyapunov energy function of the serpentine belt conveyor system and determines the driving stability region and boundary conditions of the conveyor system.This paper uses Matlab simulation software to simulate the driving stability field of small car.So that we can verify the correctness of the obtained driving stability domain and boundary conditions.Then,this paper analyzes the three kinds of instability situations of serpentine belt conveyor system in actual operation and its stress situation.According to the established nonlinear dynamic model and tire model,we should determin the relevant parameters of the conveyor system.The stability of the system is simulated by Matlab simulation software,which simulates the trajectory of the car under different initial conditions.The research results provides the theoretical basis for the arrangement and operation of the serpentine belt conveyor in actual production.
