At present,nearly 90% of the nuclear power plants equipment in China rely on importing from abroad,and Chinese self-produced equipment accounts for a small proportion.Among them,only three-stage nuclear pumps can be designed and produced by ourselves.The key pumps can only rely on importation.Mastering nuclear power technology is conducive to freeing China from the shackles of foreign countries and reducing the cost of nuclear power construction.Therefore,it is of great significance to vigorously promote the autonomous production and research and development of nuclear power equipment.The reactor water injection-cooling pump is one of the important equipment in the active part of Hualong No.1 nuclear power system.Its role is to inject the cold fluid between the pressure vessel and the insulation layer in the event of a serious accident like core melting.The runners cool and absorb the heat of the core melt,to reduce the temperature of the outer wall of the reactor pressure vessel,thereby maintaining the integrity of the pressure vessel.This article takes the key nuclear power equipment of Hualong No.1: third-generation nuclear technology with its own intellectual property rights as the research object,and studies the hydraulic characteristics of the Hualong No.1 reactor water injection-cooling pump for the first time,and analyzes the hydraulic performance,pressure pulsation and its influence of the impeller,the space guide and the inducer overflow components,the hydraulic performance tests of the water injection-cooling pump in the reactor chamber were made by the test stand.The numerical calculation results are basically consistent with the test data.The research method and results are of great significance for the development of nuclear power system' pumps.The main research results of this paper are as follows:1.The domestic and foreign research status of the reactor water injection-cooling pump is analyzed and the hydraulic and structural design carried out,a test platform for water injection-cooling pump is designed and built.The temperature,pressure,shaft power and other parameters are tested of water cooling pump in the case of meeting the requirements of the test.2.According to the hydraulic design results,the UG 3D modeling software was imported to establish a 3D model of the whole flow path of the water injection-cooling pump in the reactor water,and the grid was partitioned by using the ICEM.The CFX software was used to numerically simulate the multiple flow conditions including the design conditions for the whole flow path of the water injection-cooling pump in the reactor water,and the hydraulic performance changes of the water injection-cooling pump in different working conditions were analyzed.The distribution of the relevant parameters in the pump,such as pressure velocity,turbulent kinetic energy distribution,etc.,and its influence mechanism was emphasized.3.The pressure pulsation in the water injection-cooling pump of the reactor chamber has an extremely large evoked effect on the vibration and noise of the pump body.To ensure the stable and reliable operation of the Hualong No.1 nuclear power system,the pressure pulsation of the internal fluid flow of the water injection-cooling pump in the reactor water was studied.The pressure monitoring point is set up in the flow passage of water injection-cooling pump,obtaining which provides a reference for optimizing the design of the injection-cooling pump in the reactor water.The hydraulic performance and pressure pulsation of the flow-through components such as the impeller,space guide vane and inducer calculated in the paper are basically consistent with the test results,and their relative error values satisfy the specified range.The numerical simulation method in this paper,adopted for the hydraulic performance of the water injection-cooling pump in the reactor water,is completely feasible,and the calculation and test results are also true and effective.
