In recent years,the social economy has been developing rapidly in the world.At the same time,energy conservation and environmental protection has become one of the issues of public concern.Taking the construction industry as an example,the national norm advocates and promotes its development.However,the traditional reinforced concrete structure is not compatible with the environment of development planning due to the consumption of resources,the unrecyclable utilization and pollution environment.Therefore,in recent years,domestic scholars have carried out a series of researches on wood,bamboo structure and steel-wood,steel-bamboo combination structure and steel-straw board structure.Cold-formed thin-walled steel-restructuring bamboo structure is a new kind of composite structure,combining with the cold bending thin-wall steel of lightweight,high strength and toughness recombinant bamboo,green environmental protection,the characteristics of pure steel easy to instability,pure bamboo can be optimized the problem of high cost.In this paper,the eccentricity compressive mechanical properties are studied in this paper,and some references are provided for the engineering application of this kind of components in the future.In this paper,the combination column of cold bending thin-walled square steel tube and C section steel and recombinant bamboo is used to combine the structural glue and self-tapping screw.The bias bearing capacity value of each column was obtained by the eccentric compression test of 18 cold-formed thin-walled steel composite columns.Through the study of the destruction process and mode of the composite column,the failure mechanism is analyzed.The influence of the type and thickness of cold-formed thin-walled steel,the thickness of recombination bamboo and the ratio of length to thickness on the eccentricity of the composite column was studied.According to the test results,the load-bearing capacity and ductility performance of the steel-bamboo composite column are better,and the two can coordinate the deformation.According to the combination effect of each influencing factor and the material,the bearing capacity is modified and the calculation formula of the proposed eccentricity compression bearing capacity is proposed.The results show that the formula can calculate the bearing capacity of composite column well.The composite column was simulated by ANSYS software.The bearing capacity of the composite column in different stages was obtained and compared with the experimental results.Under eccentric compression effect of cold-formed thin-walled steel-restructuring bamboo in various factors on the bearing capacity of composite column change trend,analysis the factors of affect the change rule,provides the beneficial reference for after further experiment.The results show that the eccentricity compression performance of the cold-formed thin-walled steel composite column can provide theoretical basis and design basis for further study of steel-bamboo composite structure.
