Sharing cycling has relied on its "low-carbon travel" philosophy of life to achieve rapid growth in recent years,implying that bicycle manufacturers are facing more opportunities and challenges.With the market demand for the shape and quality of bicycle aluminum parts getting higher and higher,the traditional forging method can no longer meet their needs,and liquid forging technology as a new technology,relying on its product quality,energy saving,low casting cost And other advantages,more and more concerned by the relevant industries.At present,there is still a big gap between design and control of liquid die forging equipment control system in China and developed countries.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the control system of liquid die forging equipment.Based on the analysis of liquid die forging process and mechanism principle,this paper designed a set of liquid die forging prototype of aluminum alloy parts for bicycles and equipment control system.The system meets the pressure and temperature control requirements in the liquid die forging production process and provides reference and ideas for the scientific research in the field of liquid die forging equipment.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analysis of the limitations of the traditional forging method for the production of aluminum alloy parts,put forward the design scheme of the equipment control system based on the liquid die forging process.According to system requirements and liquid die forging process,the system is divided into three parts: mechanical structure and hydraulic mechanism,extrusion process pressure control system and mold preheating temperature control system.(2)According to the production requirements of aluminum alloy parts,combined with the liquid forging process,the design of the liquid forging prototype machine,the old punching machine to complete the mechanical structure of the transformation,and according to the technical requirements of each cylinder,completed the prototype hydraulic system the design of.Finally,based on the composition of the hydraulic system,the design of electrical control system based on PLC controller is completed.(3)Analyzed the extrusion process,the pressure control requirements and the pressure control process of the hydro-cylinder,put forward the two-stage pressure control scheme in the extrusion process of the hydro-cylinder.On the basis of this,the electro-hydraulic proportional pressure closed-loop control system is designed,Through the PID control method to achieve the pressure in the extrusion process of the stable control.Experiments show that the system can complete the sequence of hydro-cylinder action and pressure control requirements.(4)According to the mold preheating process and the temperature control requirement,a temperature control scheme is proposed to control the heating time in the cycle with the on-off adjusting method.The position PID control method is adopted to realize the stable control of the mold temperature.On the basis of this,a Bang-Bang + integral position PID control method is proposed to achieve the goal of minimizing the overall heating time under the condition of meeting the precision requirements.Experiments show that the system can complete the mold preheating temperature control requirements.
