The rapid development of contemporary social economy,making the bridge traffic load is facing enormous pressure.The resulting series of disease damage poses a serious challenge to the service life of the bridge,which is particularly evident in the suspension bridge.The bridge system of both traditional suspension bridges has a lot of diseases in the course of service operation.With the new steel-concrete composite bridge system,it has provided a new opportunity to solve the disease of the combined deck system.The new steel-concrete composite deck system has been widely used in suspension bridge because of its good material properties,easy transportation and excellent working condition.But at the present stage of its research in the initial stage,the theoretical system to be improved,especially for steel-concrete composite bridge system of stress and design cross section research is scarce.To the application of steel-concrete composite bridge system to a wider area,it is necessary to prove the analysis of its disease damage,force.The main contents include:First of all,with reference to read a large number of related literature at home and abroad,introduced the suspension bridge and the combination of deck development and the status quo,and now the study of the problems.The steel-concrete composite bridge system with a large span suspension bridge is the engineering background,and the fine finite element model is established.In this paper,the existence of the steel and concrete composite bridge deck system of the disease and the force analysis are from the concrete bridge deck,shear connection and I-beam steel stringer made a detailed description of the three parts.The mechanical analysis of concrete bridge deck is carried out from several aspects of overloaded vehicle,temperature and shrinkage creep effect.The effects of load on the load and deflection of different overloaded vehicles are analyzed.The finite element model is applied to the temperature gradient and the measured temperature gradient to analyze the stress of concrete bridge deck.Considering the different loading age and different relative humidity,And the influence of the number and arrangement of the peg nail on the force of the peg joint is analyzed.The fatigue test is carried out by the fatigue test of the steel-concrete composite bridge deck system.Effect of effect on steel-concrete composite bridge deck I-beam.In addition,the influence of stress and deflection of I-beam of composite bridge deck is analyzed from the aspects of overloaded vehicle,temperature and shrinkage and creep effect.Finally,according to the set objective function and a series of constraint functions,the cross-section parameters of the steel-concrete composite deck system are analyzed.The effects of different bending moment values and different concrete bridge deck thickness values on the cross-section design parameters are analyzed.The design parameters of the same type of bridge deck are used to provide reference for the design parameters and the application of the same type of bridge deck. |
