Cement-stabilized soil base is a common road base material,with high strength,large bearing capacity,the plate body and water stability is good wait for an advantage,but in the practical application of gradation recession,Test methods do not tally with the actual working condition,degree of compaction hundreds of severe deficiency,etc.In order to better simulate the construction site and provide excellent ore grading,the domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a lot of research and exploration on the vibration method.Aiming at the typical semi-rigid base material of cement stabilized gravel,this paper puts forward a design of cement stabilized gravel level with skeleton-dense structure of vibration forming.On the basis of this,the vibration method and standard method was been compaction.Meanw hile,forming is analyzed and supported by road performance test.In order to make the laboratory testing better simulate the construction site,The paper used the skeleton-dense structure the method of surface vibration designed and the specification suspended-dense structure to conduct comparative trial for the cement-stabilized soil belonged to typical semi-rigid base.Through introducing the working principle of vibration molding apparatus,the paper analyzed influencing factors and changing rules for the time of vibratory,the vibration frequency,the amplitude,the centrifugal force,the intensity of pressure,and some other vibration parameters.With the degree of compaction as the evaluation index,the research obtained the optimum vibration parameters of skeleton-dense structure and suspended-dense structure cement-stabilized soil.The research used the method of surface vibration compaction and the heavy rammer method to conducted the dry density and water content tests for cement-stabilized soil,analyzing the impacts of the compaction method on maximum dry density and optimum water content;we used the water-washing method to test the gradation of compacted specimens,analyzing the influence of the compaction method on the gradation deterioration of cement-stabilized soil;we have studied the influence of water content and cement content on maximum dry density;The linear regression analysis of the maximum dry density by the two compaction methods was carried out,and a good correlation formula was obtained,in order to provide reference for the design and construction of the subgrade in the absence of test equipment.Research on pavement performance for Semi-rigid base based on laboratory test.The paper conducted the comparative analysis for the compressive strength and splitting strength of specimens by the method of surface vibration and the method of static pressure compaction vibration,studying the growth laws of two kinds of strength with different compaction methods,comparing the impacts of compaction styles,gradation types,curing age and cement cose on the test results.
