With the rapid development of economy and technology,China's infrastructure has been continuously improved,the industrial structure of construction machinery has been upgrading,many engineering machinery enterprises in support of relevant policies,create a hitherto unknown historic breakthrough situation.Since 2011,the engineering machinery industry sales showed a decreasing trend,leading to the emergence of a large number of many manufacturers hoarding of goods,financial pressure phenomenon,enterprises operating difficulties,construction machinery industry is facing a huge challenge.SY company is a domestic construction machinery enterprise.In recent years,the construction machinery industry has experienced a decline in sales,and the cost management has not been well controlled.This paper attempts to analyze the three dimensions of internal and external vertical and horizontal value chain,find the existing problem and reason analysis of SY company value chain cost management,puts forward the optimization scheme and the corresponding safeguard measures of SY company.This paper first introduces the background of the selected topic,the purpose and significance of the research,and then analyzes the current domestic and international value chain cost management theory.The theories used in this paper include:value chain cost management theory,activity-based costing management theory,balanced scorecard evaluation theory and so on.Through the combination of theoretical and practical methods,quantitative and qualitative methods and comparative and inductive method of combining the SY company's macro environment,industry value chain,industry competition environment and the company's internal analysis,the author thinks that the construction machinery industry industrial structure need to be adjusted and upgraded,in order to enhance competitiveness and reduce the purpose of risk.This article found that the efficiency of the company's internal cost management is low,and the company's procurement costs continue to rise and so on.The reason is that the staff awareness of cost management is weak,and the cost management methods and means are lagging behind.To solve these problems this paper proposed to optimize the internal operation and internal value activities within the SY company;external vertical value chain requires strategic alliances with suppliers,distributors and customers;external horizontal value chain should be based on the bench marking enterprise industry's own competitive advantage and development of optimization scheme.In order to achieve the purpose of enhancing the competitiveness of SY company,must carry out the optimization scheme and improve the operation process,the establishment of value chain analysis,value evaluation and incentive mechanism to establish a series of security measures to realize the promotion of competitiveness goals in the increasingly fierce competition in the market.This paper attempts to study the value chain cost management of SY company,which will be a reference and reference for the domestic construction machinery industry and related researchers.
