Since the new century,the acceleration of global economic integration has led to vigorous development of various fields in the world.As the fundamental driving force of the development of various industries,energy has become the key to leading the level of global economic development.The traditional fossil energy reserves are limited,easy to cause environmental pollution,so the development of renewable clean energy has become the focus of attention and research in the world today.Piezoelectric materials,as a kind of components that can generate electrical energy as long as they are deformed,have been widely researched by researchers in related industries because of their low cost,high safety,simple structure and applicable to many kinds of environments.At present,the piezoelectric power generation technology has broad prospects for development,is a hot spot in China and some developed countries.In this paper,the research achievements,application forms and future development trend of the piezoelectric power generation technology at home and abroad are deeply studied.According to the automatic windward problem of the piezoelectric wind power generation device,the characteristics of the piezoelectric wind power generation device,Working principle,stability and so on,the force of piezoelectric generator in different wind direction environment is analyzed in detail,and the parameter relation of the device to meet the condition of automatic windward is obtained,and a kind of piezoelectric device based on piezoelectric plate Wind-driven wind-driven piezoelectric devices are used to generate electric energy for the load.Based on the ANSYS CFD software,the force of the wind-driven device is simulated in different wind directions,and the wind-driven wind-driven generator can convert the wind energy into wind energy.The qualitative analysis is given for the stability of the whole system.Finally,an improved energy harvesting circuit is given according to the power characteristics of the piezoelectric generator.According to the piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric material,the whole wind power generation device uses the wind to drive the piezoelectric plate to generate electric energy,and collects the electric energy generated by the piezoelectric film through the energy collection circuit for the load.The structure of the device is cleverly applied to enable it to run stably under wind direction in any wind direction and solve the problem that the previous piezoelectric power generation device can not obtain the maximum wind power driving in different wind direction environment and can meet the power demand of small power load.In addition,the research of the paper provides a new idea for the application of piezoelectric sheet in wind power generation.The designed wind direction wind power generation device also provides a reference for the design of piezoelectric generator in the future.
