At present,the global energy development faces three major problems:resource shortage,environmental pollution and climate warming.To solve these problems,we must take a clean development path,implement the "Global Energy Internet"strategy,achieve clean alternative and alternative energy,so that we can achieve sustainable energy supply and socio-economic sustainable development.Although new energy generation such as wind power generation and solar power generation will be cleaner and greener,there are some intermittency and uncertainty in themselves.Large-scale new energy has been accessed to power grid,which brings new challenge to the transmission network planning.The current research on new energy grid integration mainly focuses on the wind farm connected to the grid and correlation between wind farms in different geographical locations and so on,research on the correlation between wind and solar energy is still rare.With the planning and construction of Zhangjiakou Renewable Energy Demonstration Are a,the reliable collection and efficient delivery of large-scale renewable energy sources will become the focus of research.How to properly consider the impact of the correlation of wind and photovoltaic 's output on power grid planning and simulate the future state of operation of the power system that includes large-scale new energy is the issue that needs to be seriously considered in power grid planning at present.Based on the background above,this paper proposes a large-scale wind photovoltaic hybrid multi-objective transmission network expansion planning method considering the correlation between wind and photovoltaic's output,which gives a comprehensive account of economic power grid planning,financial loss of wind and photovoltaic energy curtailment,influence on,ecological environment.Improved Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-? is utilized to solve the planning model,then IEEE 6-bus test system and South Brazil 46-bus system are utilized to verify the planning model.The computation results show that considering the correlation of wind and photovoltaic's output can balance economic benefits and environmental benefits,which could be a reference for future power system planning with high proportion of renewable energy.
