Improvement And Supervision Of Water Spray System For 600MW Air-cooled Condenser

Direct air-cooled units have a significant advantage over indirect cooling in terms of water savings,but during the high-temperature windy summer conditions,it faced the situation that the back pressure of the unit was too high to generate electricity in full capacity.In order to prevent the limited output of generating units during the heavy load in summer,increase the air-cooled unit spray humidification system in the peak load targeted.Atomization humidification is carried out above the air-cooled fan to reduce the heat exchange air temperature,so as to reduce the back pressure of the unit.The peak load spray humidification system of air-cooled unit has poor spray effect in operation,resulting in waste of brine and unsatisfactory operation effect.Combining with the practice of peak load spray humidification project of 600MW air-cooled units,this paper introduces working method of equipment supervision to manage in all aspects and regulates the whole process from design,installation and commissioning to ensure the peak load spray system performance.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:1.According to the problems existing in the operation of the peak load spray humidification system of the direct air-cooled units in North China,the optimization scheme is put forward in terms of system design and equipment selection.In the process of commissioning,the optimal operation plan for reducing the amount of spraying water is proposed.2.During the implementation of the peak load spraying project of air-cooled units,using the concept of equipment supervision and working methods,from the perspective of the chief supervision engineer,select qualified and experienced professional supervision engineers,strictly abide by the equipment supervision work procedures and processes,develop perfect supervision work system and equipment supervision related forms.According to the supervision and control methods "Four Controls and two manages and One Coordination",the peak load spray humidification project of air-cooled units is controlled,meeting the objectives and requirements of the owners.
