Wind power is a kind of clean and stable new energy.Today, with increasingly serious environmental pollution and greenhouse gas emissions, wind power has become a globally recognized program that can effectively mitigate climate change, improve energy security, and promote low-carbon economic growth. In the process of researching wind power generation, the wake effect of wind turbines is an indispensable factor.Based on the study of the wake model with Gaussian distribution, this paper collates the operational data in actual wind farms.Combining the actual flow conditions,MA.TLAB software was used to program the wake model and calculate.Taking the Horns Rev wind farm and Jiangsu Dafeng wind farm as typical representatives and combining the actual conditions of the wind farm to select the parameters for the wake simulation calculation, and comparing with the actual operation results. Then, based on the theory of the wake model with Gaussian distribution, the superposition calculation of wind farm is continued in this paper.Based on the data of Horms Rev wind farm, the direction of incoming flow is changed and the verification of overlay calculation is performed. On the basis of more accurate verification results, the layout optimization of wind farms was continued. The concept of the arrangement angle was introduced, the value of the arrangement angle was changed, and the dimensionless power variation of the wind turbine was compared to obtain an optimal arrangement angle.Through this optimization, the entire wind farm can generate the largest amount of power and greatly increase the economic benefits of the wind farm.
