Workpieces undergo forging,cutting,quenching,and other processes during the machining process.These process steps will cause residual stresses in the components.The presence of residual stresses will greatly reduce the fatigue strength and dimensional accuracy of the workpieces.In severe cases,the workpieces will be damaged.The breakdown caused a safety accident.The paper addresses the shortcomings of traditional thermal aging energy consumption,long natural aging period,and low efficiency in existing industrial production,As well as the defects in the use of traditional vibration aging devices,such as low efficiency,high energy consumption,wear,noise,etc.Complete a control system based on LabVIEW for efficient and energy-saving vibration aging devices.Through in-depth analysis of the current development status of vibration stress relief,excitor,and high-power excitor,Analyze the theoretical knowledge of the causes,elimination mechanisms of residual stress,etc.The principle and characteristics of eliminating residual stress by vibration stress relief are discussed,and the magnitude of excitation force,the range of excitation frequency and other parameters are further selected.Based on the research and analysis of the control features in the vibration stress relief process,In vibration stress relief,the requirements of hardware output characteristics of aging workpieces,the overall design of the hardware of the vibration stress relief control system,In combination with the actual situation,the giant magnetostrictive excitor and NI USB-6211 model data acquisition card are used as the core equipment.With the requirements of the parameters,Finally,the control system hardware selection,configuration and parameter design of the vibration aging device are realized.LabVIEW software has the advantages of high visibility and High cost performance.Therefore,the software is used to process control and data processing of the vibration stress relief control system.It mainly implements the setting of workpiece parameters,frequency sweep parameters,aging parameters,and communication port settings.And call the DAQ function to collect the acceleration signal in the vibration stress relief,drive voltage and excitation current of the output exciter,Using a cycle-by-cycle structure plus an external timing source to increase the output frequency to the termination frequency in the frequency sweep process.Finally,the collected data is processed,and the result of the aging judgment is output.In the process of software design and development,the paper is divided into three stages: pre-vibration sweep,vibration aging and sweep after vibration.Each stage includes functions such as multi-channel signal output,signal acquisition,control module,and data processing.Finally,using the international standard JB/T 5926-2005 to quantitatively analyze the aging effect,And print out the the report of Vibratory stress relief.This research uses virtual instrument technology to design a vibratory stress relief control system based on LabVIEW,combined with the actual situation in the field,vibratory stress relief of large components,Satisfies efficient and energy-saving vibratory stress relief requirements,The greatest possible realization of the automation of the vibration aging treatment and the simplification of the operation process,The system is stable and reliable,and has good engineering application value.
