Down bearing tied arch bridge is widely used in modern bridges for its excellent characteristics.As one of the main components of the tied arch bridge,the hanger plays an important role in the bearing capacity and use of the tied arch bridge.The installation of hangers and the tension and adjustment of suspender cable tension is a key link in the construction of tied arch bridges.The final adjustment results of hangers and cables will directly affect the safe use of tied arch bridges after completion.The cable force adjustment of the hanger of the tied arch bridge is based on the measurement of cable force adjustment.Therefore,this paper carried out the following works:(1)Through the analysis and research of the two boom of Inner Mongolia Buddha Mountain in Zhuozi County 80 m tied arch bridge cable tension test results,found the frequency method of cable force measurement in the boom when the tied arch bridge has some error,and put forward the factors on the frequency method in measurement of Tied Arch Bridge suspender cable force generated the error and the major effect.(2)Through the analysis and combination of Wulan County,Qinghai province mining line 64 M tied arch bridge suspender tension initial commissioning,validation and analysis factors of cause of error frequency method of cable force measurement in suspender tied arch bridge and the main effect,and the frequency of law practices for a series of experiments and related analysis of a cable tension measurement method based on the frequency of tied arch bridge operation technical specification and related matters needing attention in the process of Wulan County,Qinghai province mining line 64 M tied arch bridge suspender tensioning construction,installation,measurement accuracy and improve the frequency identification of Tied Arch Bridge Suspender Force,reduce the random error.(3)The author also by Wulan County,Qinghai province mining line 64 M tied arch bridge suspender first cable tension debugging found in tied arch bridge suspender force adjustment when there is a certain regularity,the author put forward the theoretical assumptions on factors that affect the scope of the tied arch bridge suspender cable force adjustment.In order to verify this rule,a laboratory experiment is designed.The experiment of the cable tension of a tied arch bridge is carried out by using the physical model of 8m tied arch bridge in the laboratory.Through the measurement and analysis of the related instruments,the law of the influence range of the cable force debugging in the solid model is obtained.(4)Through the combining material mechanics knowledge and bridge engineering knowledge,summed up the tied arch bridge suspender force when debugging a formula 4.3 and formula 4.4 range,tension debugging results verify the feasibility of the formula 4.3 and formula 4.4 cable force and indoor experiment results and Wulan County Qinghai province mining line 64 M tied arch bridge suspender first.(5)This paper established the finite element model of the indoor 8m tied arch bridge by using the bridge engineering software Midas Civil,designed a variety of different conditions to simulate the suspender force test work,through the computer analyzes the influence range of tied arch bridge suspender cable force during the debugging of the finite element simulation results verify the feasibility of the formula 4.3 and again formula 4.4.At the same time,by comparing the cable force test results of different sections of hangers,the regularity of the influence range of hanger cable tension in tied arch bridge summarized in the paper is summarized,which is universal among all hangers on tied arch bridges.At the end of this paper,the conclusion is summarized and expounded.
