With the vigorous development of new power sources such as wind and solar energy,its strong stochastic volatility is not conducive to the safe and stable operation of power grid when large-scale grid connected.Therefore,it is particularly important to enhance the load ability of traditional thermal power units,so as to enhance the absorptive capacity of new energy power grid.In addition,the "two rules" also clearly stipulates that the load change rate of coal-fired units accounted for the proportion of rated power must be between 1%-2%.Based on the above two points,it is of great significance to improve the variable load rate of thermal power unit.This paper combines human simulated intelligent control with conventional PID to form a human simulated intelligent PID controller,and applies it to the coordinated control system,in order to improve the load changing speed of thermal power units.First,the humanoid intelligent PID controller is applied to the main steam pressure control closely related to load variation,and the engineering human simulated intelligent parameter tuning method is applied to solve the problem of human intelligent control parameter uncertainty.The simulation results show that the intelligent PID controller in the main steam pressure control has a good control effect,greatly reduce the overshoot and shorten the adjustment time.At the same time,fuzzy neural network is used to adjust the parameters of the PID controller,and forming the PID controller based on fuzzy neural network parameter tuning.The coordinated control system of the controller is applied in double input and double output,the lifting load experiments and minute 1.5%rated load and rated load per minute to 3%AGC instruction experiment,and the control strategy of the overshoot and adjustment time,ITAE index,IAE index,AGC index etc.comparison.The simulation results show that the controller has better control quality and can improve the variable load rate of thermal power unit.
