With the increasing harm caused by automobile exhaust,the related subsidy policy of electric vehicles is getting stronger,and people's awareness of environmental protection is increasingly awakened.In the near future,people will pay more attention to electric vehicles and become increasingly willing to buy electric vehicles.Without effective charge and discharge scheduling for electric vehicles,it will not only cause larger peak-valley load difference of the power grid,but also bring inconvenience to the electric vehicles users,which will in turn lead to the results that the users' demand on vehicles cannot be satisfied and the users'satisfaction reduces.Therefore,it is imperative to study the charge and discharge scheduling of electric vehicles.In this paper,the hardware characteristics of electric vehicles,charge and discharge load characteristics and users' behavior habits of electric vehicles are studied.It can be seen that the charge and discharge scheduling can be concentrated in the daytime and due to the low price of electricity at night,the charge scheduling strategy of electric vehicles can be mainly implemented.Based on this,a scheduling strategy for electric vehicles based on users' demand and benefit in the daytime and a scheduling strategy for electric vehicles based on improved ant colony algorithm are proposed at night.In the meantime,a scheduling model of electric vehicles charging and discharging,which maximizes user interests and stabilizes the load of power grid has been built separately.During the day,research on the profit and satisfaction of individual users,the upper and lower limits of electric vehicles charging and discharging and the difference between the peak and valley of the power grid is conducted.Modeling is made according to the interests of all users and demand for electricity and then a two-stage algorithm is proposed to solve the model.In the first stage of charge and discharge scheduling of electric vehicles,the users of particle swarm algorithm can get a good profit and the peak load of the power grid has been significantly reduced.In the second stage,most electric vehicles can maintain enough power to meet the users' driving needs.During the night,the issues of electric vehicle power consumption,peak and valley electricity prices and grid load fluctuation are studied and modeling is then conducted based on the objective function which minimizes the discrepancy between the current load and the average load of the previous day.Next,an ant colony algorithm is proposed to solve the model.This scheduling strategy plays a role in filling the power grid and reducing the peak valley difference of load of power grid.
