With the advent of the concept of advanced railways and advanced railways,the railway is an important mode of transportation for the modernization of today's society.And with its rapid development,its safety and high speed have brought convenience to people's travel.railway vehicles generate vibrations to the surrounding environment during driving.These vibrational energy are neglected and wasted in normal conditions.If we can effectively collect this part of vibration energy,it will bring a lot of convenience to the society.At the same time,with the rapid development of high-tech information industry and the era of big data,Railways should improve and optimize the road network on the premise of guaranteeing transportation safety,Along with it,the technical status of the vehicle and the real-time monitoring of the cargo transportation status are enhanced.There is no power supply inside railway wagons such as boxcars,so these monitoring electronics require power to power them,How to make these high-end wireless sensor devices supply power normally is a hot issue in research and design,which is the core issue that the thesis needs to solve.So the content of this article is as follows:1.The basic theory of piezoelectric energy capture,Basic theoretical analysis of piezoelectric effect and piezoelectric vibrator vibration,combined with vibration frequency components,spectral characteristics,equivalent circuit and cantilever model,Provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of piezoelectric energy capture devices.2.Modeling and Simulation of Cantilever Beam Piezoelectric Energy Collectors,designing Two Different Structures of Piezoelectric Energy Harvesters for Finite Element Analysis According to Theory.According to structural parameters analysis,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of two different types of cantilever beams,the factors that affect the structural vibration response energy are obtained,thus providing a theoretical basis for the structural optimization.3.Build a vibration platform for experimental verification,Experimental study on multi-arm beam bimorph piezoelectric vibrators,and get the relationship between vibration frequency and output voltage,Providing guidance for making piezoelectric energy harvesters under railway transportation conditions.Based on the analysis of railway transportation under the condition of vibration and vibration environment,on the basis of research of the structure of a piezoelectric prisoner can device,vibration,as well as the basic features,structural optimization,the equivalent circuit,science and technology to develop a suitable for railway truck driving vibration energy in the process of collecting device,provide the theoretical value and significance.Complied with energy conservation and environmental protection at the same time,the era of low carbon development theme.
