The Study On Quality Evaluation System Of Train Diagram

As a diagram of train operation comprehensive plan,train diagram is the foundation of the railway transportation organization,and all the activities of railway transportation must be carried out around it.With the development of the times,people have put forward higher requirements for railway transport services,and these requirements should be reflected in the quality of the train diagram.The evaluation of train diagram is an important method used by railway transportation enterprises to evaluate the quality of the drawing of train diagram.The result of the train operation diagram evaluation can not only play an important guiding role in preparing the train operation diagram periodically,but also feed back the implementation quality of the diagram.At the same time,the process and results of the evaluation can also be used as the way and standard for the inspection of the railway transportation department.In this paper,the analysis and construction of the evaluation system for the evaluation of the quality of the train diagram are studied.The main contents are as follows.(1)First,the evaluation requirement of train diagram is analyzed,and the characteristics of high quality operation chart are introduced.Then from the principle of the drawing of train diagram,the components,the service objects and other aspects,the common points and differences of the high-speed railway operation diagram and the general speed railway operation diagram are analyzed,and the setting principle of evaluation index is introduced.(2)The basic indexes of speed,locomotive,and transportation capacity are analyzed from the angle of general speed railway and high-speed railway,and the dynamic performance index of train diagram is analyzed.The robustness characteristics of train diagram under the influence of interference factors during the execution of operation diagram are emphatically analyzed,and then on the basis of comprehensive adjustment and buffer time utilization,the calculation method of robust evaluation index is obtained.(3)As the product output of the railway transportation enterprise,the train operation diagram has the service attribute and the demand of the passenger and freight service.In order to improve the satisfaction of passengers and cargo owners,the related indexes of the operation diagram based on the service quality of passenger and freight are analyzed respectively.The paper then analyzed the quality of passenger and freight service and evaluate the passenger and freight service index of the operation diagram from aspects of passenger travel time,satisfaction with departure and arrival time,service frequency of service diagram,satisfaction with time and time of cargo owner.(4)Finally,on the basis of the analysis of each index,the evaluation index framework is constructed,and the Vague set is selected to evaluate the index framework comprehensively.Based on the research of the quality evaluation system of train diagram,the paper analyzes and studies the indicators reflecting the quality of operation diagram,from the aspects of index concept,calculation function and evaluation method.By establishing the evaluation index system,we comprehensively evaluate the quality of the operation diagram,and select the optimal operation diagram,which can guide and feed back the drawing of the train diagram periodically.
