In March 2018,the 13 th National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Government consultation meeting was held in Beijing.Premier Li Keqiang pointed out in the "Government Work Report" : "Accelerating the construction of a powerful country and promoting the development of integrated circuits,fifth-generation mobile communications,aircraft engines,new energy vehicles,and new materials.Implement special projects for major short board equipment,develop industrial Internet platforms,and create a ?Made in China 2025? demonstration area.At the same time,we must promote consumption upgrades and develop new models for new consumption patterns,and extend the preferential policies for the purchase of new energy vehicles for another three years." This is the 11 th year in a row that the government work report has referred to new energy vehicles.Obviously,in this year's national "two sessions",the new energy automobile industry,which is related to environmental ecology,social livelihood and production and other aspects,is undoubtedly an important field of discussion.The new energy vehicle not only conforms to the environmental protection theme of “green energy,low-carbon life”,but also has obvious advantages in terms of fuel and maintenance costs compared with traditional vehicles.In the future,resources and equipment such as charging and maintenance will gradually improve,and the advantages of new energy vehicles will be more obvious.The motor controller is one of the core components of the new energy vehicle.It controls the motor with high precision by adjusting the appropriate current.Therefore,accurate current measurement is very important for the high-performance control of the motor.It largely determines the performance of new energy vehicles.In addition,the motor controller is used as an electronic product in the automotive field,and the aging screening of its finished products also ensures the efficient,reliable and safe operation of the electric vehicle.Therefore,in the development and production of the motor controller products,it is very important to develop the current calibration and aging screening equipment for the motor controller.This article has developed a corresponding integrated device based on the current calibration and aging screening requirements of motor controller products.Firstly,the current acquisition accuracy in motor control system are described,and combined with the principle of making Hall current sensor,error of current acquisition are analyzed,illustrates the necessity of the current calibration,the principle and method of current calibration is also presented.Secondly,the safety and quality assurance system and early failure of electronic products are introduced.It is shown that the motor controller,as a typical electronic product in the automotive field,must be aged and screened.The methods and principles of aging screening are introduced in detail.Finally,this article introduces the hardware and model of the integrated device based on the current calibration and aging screening function of the motor controller,and also introduces the application of the integrated device in the actual operation.
