The rapid development of the electric vehicle industry has led to a sharp increase in the number of drive motors.and the number of waste motors will increase rapidly in the future. It is an effective way to prevent environmental pollution and waste of resources to remanufacture the components of the old motor properly.Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is a kind of high-performance and efficient motor. This paper applies that a ferromagnetic amorphous alloy laminate and a silicon steel laminate are superposed into a stator core by axial mixing.First of all,a method of remanufacturing stator into hybrid stator was proposed. As the amorphous alloy has poor toughness,it easy to squeeze and peel off.Its low loss can improve the motor efficiency, but the low saturation flux density is not conducive to high speed operation.Silicon steel has high saturation magnetic density, but its loss is large. In order to give full play to the superiority of the material and to avoid the defects of material properties, the silicon steel section was arranged at both ends of the stator.Besides, the amorphous alloy and the silicon steel section were spaced arrangement with equal length.Secondly, the space magnetic density law of the hybrid stator is simulate studyed. The magnetic flux density waveforms of amorphous alloy and silicon steel section are in the same trend. The flux density in tooth part is high, while the magnetic density in amorphous alloy is 0.5T lower than that in silicon steel section at the corresponding point; The magnetic flux density amplitude in X direction is symmetric on the tooth axis, the magnetic density in tooth top and root shows irregular fluctuation; The magnetic density in the tooth is mainly radial, supplemented by tangential, and the amplitude is stable;the radial flux density amplitude in yoke decreases linearly outward. Then,The influence of amorphous alloy proportion and mixed layer number on the loss, torque and efficiency of hybrid stator motor is studied. The loss of the hybrid stator is much less than the loss of the original motor, the output torque is slightly smaller than the original motor, and the number of layer of mixed stator has little effect on the motor loss and output torque.Compared to the original motor, the loss of 3 layer hybrid motor with amorphous alloy accounted for 50% is decreased by 52% and the output torque is decreased by 0.23%.Based on the simulation analysis,a prototype of the 3 layer motor with amorphous ratio of 50% is taken as the object, and the correctness of the simulation results and the reliability of the hybrid stator motor are verified by experiments.
