Green manufacturing technology will be the new direction of global home appliance technology advancement.The raw material for manufacturing the refrigerator liner is generally a polymer plastic sheet,The heating process consumes approximately 80% of the power of the entire refrigerator,The quality of refrigerator liner mainly depends on the heating temperature and heating temperature distribution in the reheating process.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research and development of the reheating process and improve the energy efficiency in the production process.During the manufacturing process of the refrigerator liner,the molding temperature of the plastic sheet fluctuates due to the fluctuation of the ambient temperature,resulting in poor stability of the finished product.In order to analyze the impact of environment temperature on the molding temperature of refrigerator liner,according to the characteristics of the thermoforming process of refrigerator liner,three main heat transfer modes of plastic sheet reheating process were analyzed: thermal radiation,heat conduction and convection.By studying the thermoelectric similarity theory,the equivalent model of thermal radiation and heat conduction,an equivalent heat source that takes into account environmental temperature factors was created.According to the theory of dimensional analysis,Derived the plastic sheeting thermoforming process and the circuit can be similar treatment,the thermoelectric model based predicting model of temperature response of polymer sheet has been established.Using Electronics Workbench(EWB)software simulation experiments,Results show: in the process of polymer sheet heating,ABS sheet final forming temperature without the consideration of environment temperature is about 3℃ higher than that with the consideration of environment temperature of 25℃;The maximum absolute error is 6.32% by comparing the 4 experimental results with the prediction results.This model has a good predictive effect on the temperature response during reheating of polymer sheets.It provides a theoretical basis for determining the set value of the heating tile temperature under different ambient temperatures. |
