The generation and development of automobiles greatly facilitate the daily life of human beings and change the state of people's life.Transportation is an irreplaceable role in the efficient allocation of social resources,expanding the market and promoting the development of national economy.In order to adapt to the demand of transportation,such as route selection,distance,time and temperatures,different kinds of goods vehicles and containers came into being.The object of this thesis is a new wide-body truck container,its characteristic is the structure of large size,especially in the width of 2.5 m,which can achieve many benefits,such as carrying much more goods,reducing the transportation cost and time,improving the economic benefit.This thesis analyzes properties of the new wide-body truck container,the structure of the article is as follows.Firstly,according to the theory of creating the model by the way of finite element,finite element model of a new wide body truck container was established by finite element software,which was analyzed in stiffness,achieving deformation situation of bending and torsion,grasping the stiffness properties of the new wide body truck both in bending and torsional resistance.The static signal test system of DHDAS is used to test the stiffness of the new container,analyzing the results,conforming the validity of model and the reliability of the stiffness analysis by finite element method.Secondly,modal theory is applied to analyze the new wide-body truck container,obtaining the top order natural frequency value and vibration patterns which were correspond to frequency value.DHDAS dynamic signal testing system is also used to analyze the new wide-body truck container to get modal parameters by test analysis.comparing the results of finite element analysis and test data analysis,getting the firstorder bending and torsion modal values and the corresponding formation,damping ratio,and the accuracy of the finite element model are validated,preventing van from vibrating,improving its NVH performance and service life.Once again,analyzing the performance of the key parts of the wide-body truck container and confirming it meets the requirements of use.Selected the measuring points,and both the method of finite element and test are adopted to obtain the anti-concave properties of the measuring points.The static strength analysis of the rope hook is carried out,and mastering the maximum capacity of carrying.Analyzing the strength of the base plate and ensuring the use.Finally,optimizing a new type of wide-body container.A sensitivity analysis method was carried out for the validly finite element model of the wide-body truck container,and the optimization model was established.The optimization goal was the minimum quality of the wide-body container,and the optimization variable was the thickness of the container parts.The main components of dimension optimization are determined by the measurement optimization index which defines the degree of influence of stiffness and quality.When the optimization is finished,the quality of container has reduced by 12.7%;Bending stiffness has increased by 6.05% and torsional rigidity has increased by 1.3%.
