Application Research Of Short-pipe Inner Lining Process In The Reconstruction Of Beijing Sewer Network

Urban drainage pipelines are an important part of municipal facilities and the city's ‘underground lifeline'.They are responsible for the important tasks of sewage discharge and rainwater drainage.However,with the time going by,the pipeline gradually deteriorated,and identified some serious problems,such as aging of the structure,serious corrosion of the pipeline,the impact of urban construction on the drainage pipelines,and the overload of the pipeline network,therefore gradually the pipelines dose not meet operational safety requirements.The transformation and repair of existing urban pipe is important in the process of urban development.Short-pipe inner lining process is an important non-excavation pipe repair method.It is mainly applied to the repair of small-diameter pipelines in urban pipe network reconstruction projects.This technology can extend the service life of pipelines and avoid the excavation and replacement of pipelines.This article mainly starts from the engineering practice and takes the application example of the short pipe lining method in the repairing project of the pipe network in the downtown area of Beijing as the core.It mainly discusses three parts:(1)The application process and standard of the short pipe lining,systematically discussing the process and requirements for the actual construction of the short pipe lining repair technology,including gas detection in the work space,space dredging,and on-site construction(including pull type,push type,grouting,end treatment,inspection,and gas shutoff);(2)The study of the application of key technologies of short tube linings,discussing the innovative application and construction methods in the renovation project of the sewage pipe network in the central city of Beijing,including problematic pipeline treatment technologies,small cavern excavation technology forlocal landslide and non-conventional diversion technology;(3)The quality control technology of the short tube lining systematically introduced the key technologies of quality control,including management technology,inspection technology and acceptance technology from the beginning,the medium and the ending of the project.
