In the heavy machinery industry,such as drilling mast rig is known as the key pore-forming machinery operation.With the development of domestic heavy machinery,China has taken great steps to develop geological drilling survey and put a lot of attention in the foundation of engineering construction investment;the drilling mast structure has maintained a good market demand.In order to deal with the more complicated working conditions,it has practical significance for the development of high technology content of drilling mast type drilling rig.This paper is based on the cooperation project of XX Engineering Machinery Research Institute.Through the classical environment of ANSYS14.5 software,we analyze and improvement the structure of drilling and mast rigs,providing data basis for the design and production of partners to ensure the reliability and safety of drilling rigs.At the beginning of the research,with reference to the relevant national standards and technical information provided by the partner,to understand the development status of drilling rig mast type structure.Through the existing 3D model and field prototype,we choose the theory combined with the finite element method to research the program of this paper and establish the mechanical model depending on the actual condition.From the beginning of the Chapter 2,this paper introduces the establishment of parametric model library.Creo3.0m020 software is general used in enterprise with the advantage of convenient modeling and the high order element used in the analysis of geometric which can reduce the number of the elements.But considering the actual working state of the equipment,it exists wind effecting and geometric large deformation,this paper choose to use APDL command to establish the parameters in the classic ANSYS14.5 modeling environment,to compensate for the large deformation analysis of Creo3.0m020 software which can not be carried out in simulate environment.The parametric modeling can reduce the design difficulty for the enterprise personnel,and improving the efficiency of modeling.The Chapter 3 mainly introduces the calculation model of the drill mast drilling rig under the classical environment of ANSYS14.5.Under the definition of linear material in the assumption of small deformation,and four kinds of typical working conditions of normal contact,the paper contrasts the calculation results with the partner's model,in order to test the accuracy of ANSYS14.5 parameterized modeling in simplified processing and contact definition which lays a reliable model foundation for the research content of the latter.Based on the validated model,this paper begins in-depth studying the actual impact of wind load conditions on the rig open work;through the calculation results of the assumption of small deformation and large deformation geometric model of drilling rig,the buckling stability of drilling are studied.In the Chapter 6,through the improvement of structure size,the purpose of weight reduction for drilling and mast rig is realized.At the end of the paper,the content and direction of future research is put forward.
