The structural seismic test method can truly reflect the failure mechanism of the structure under the earthquake action.Multi-substructure collaborative hybrid test method,which is combined with the computing ability of the finite element method and the reality of physical testing,is good to deal with and coordinate the relationship between multiple numerical substructures and experimental substructures with modern network technology.for simulating the seismic response of large complex structures.In this paper,an new algorithm is put forward to deal with the coordination and balance of multiple substructure-boundaries.A multi substructure collaborative hybrid test system based on the bridge structure is built for studying the seismic performance of multi span continuous girder bridge.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The research status of the seismic hybrid test method and the field of the test method which is worthy of further study are expounded.The breakthrough direction of the multi-substructure boundary coordination algorithm is summarized.The application of the network cooperative hybrid test method based on the finite element software is introduced.(2)The basic principle of multi-substructure hybrid test is described.A new multi substructure boundary coordination algorithm is proposed and a multi-substructure cooperative hybrid test system is set up in the LAN.Based on the Python program,the ABAQUS rebooting program and the ABAQUS reading recovery program are developed.Based on MATLAB program,the main control program of boundary coordination is developed.The connection mode between different modules in the system is studiedand and the feasibility of the system is verified.(3)Taking a practical multi-span continuous beam bridge as the background,the calculation model for each part of the bridge is analyzed.The simulation for the different bearers of the continuous beam bridge is studied in depth.The solid model of this bridge is established with ABAQUS software.The dynamic characteristic analysis and the dynamic time history analysis under earthquakes of the full bridge are completed.The results of curves for the displacement time history and hysteresis loop character of the piers are obtained.On the basis of these results,the seismic performance analysis of the bridge is carried out.(4)The division of multi-substructures is carried out for the same practical multi spancontinuous beam bridge.The boundary conditions of several different types of substructures are simulated with using the new algorithm proposed in this paper.The multi-substructure cooperative hybrid test of multi span continuous beam bridge is completed,and the testing results are compared with the results of the overall bridge finite element analysis.The compared results show that the cooperative hybrid test method proposed in this paper has good accuracy and stability.
