This paper mainly studies the double cold-formed thin-walled C steel-concrete composite columns,the practical engineering consists of single C and single U type steel steel by self tapping screw into a closed surface,(hereinafter referred to as the concrete-filled square thin-walled steel tubular column)and then through the concrete pouring method,the formation of double column structure of cold-formed thin-walled C steel concrete composite.This paper first introduces the mechanical properties of the materials,mainly including the constitutive relation,yield criterion and constitutive relation of the cold-formed thin-walled steel.In order to ensure the accuracy of the subsequent model establishment,we first verify the correctness of the model based on the original experiment.Then,an eccentric compression double C steel concrete composite column model is established by ABAQUS software.Through the control variable method,30 different parameters are simulated and analyzed.The main parameters are the strength of the core concrete,the ratio of the length of the column,the eccentricity of the axis direction,the thickness of the thin-walled steel and its strength,and the numerical simulation is carried out to obtain the influence of the parameters on the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite column.The conclusion of the ringing.By the result of simulation analysis,the ultimate bearing capacity of each parameter-the deformation and displacement curve of the column length direction is drawn.The following conclusion is drawn: with the improvement of the strength of the core concrete,the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite column is also increased,andthe interaction force between the thin-walled square steel tube and the core concrete exists,which not only improves the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite column,but also increases the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite column.It also has good ductility;with the increase of eccentricity,the influence of the concrete strength grade on the ultimate bearing capacity of the column decreases,while the eccentricity,with the increase of the length and length,the bearing capacity of the column eccentric compression column is not much lower,but the ductility of the column is improved;the length of the eccentricity is higher than that of the combined column,and vice versa.The larger the thickness of the steel tube is,the greater the initial slope of the load deflection curve is,the higher the column stiffness and the greater the ultimate bearing capacity is.The effect of steel strength on ultimate bearing capacity is similar to that of concrete strength.Finally,the calculation method of similar test parts in the United States,Europe and the country is introduced in detail.A large number of test pieces are analyzed with software,and the results are compared with those of the standard.Then,based on the national standard,the calculation method of the bearing capacity of the partial pressure column suitable for the subject model is proposed.
