A Study On The Design Of The Modern Guest House Under The Background Of Cultural And Tourism-oriented Towns

From the background of the overall construction and development of the characteristic town,the article gradually narrowed the scope of the study to the feature town of the cultural and tourism-oriented towns,and defined the relevant definitions through the collection of relevant information.Through the analysis of the domestic and foreign special town construction cases and the excellent practice cases of home and abroad modern guest houses,this paper discusses the interactive relationship between the construction of the cultural and tourism-oriented towns and the modern guest houses.At the same time,it concludes that in the context of cultural and tourism featured town construction,the Natural elements and the influence of humane elements such as traditional courtyards,buildings and local cultural customs on the architectural design of the guest house.By summing up the relationship between the feature town and the modern guest house,and the design method of the residential building which combines the natural elements and the humanistic elements in the context of the construction of the cultural and tourism-oriented towns,it provides some countermeasures for current relevant architectural designs,in order to enrich and develop the contemporary design method of the modern guest house.The first chapter of the paper is the overview of the development status of the town and the building of the folk house,and analyses the development and theory of the local and foreign cultural and tourism-oriented towns and the modern guest houses.At the same time,it summarized the current research results of the guest houses.The second chapter of the paper is to discuss the relationship between the construction of the cultural and tourism-oriented town and the modern guest house.On the basis of the definition of the concept of the tourist style town and the buildingof the house,the relationship between the town and the building is clarifying through the related case analysis.The third,fourth chapter of the paper is a summary of the town planning and the design method of the modern guest house which combines the natural elements of the region and the regional human elements,and analyzes the influence of the natural elements and the humanistic elements on the planning of the town and the design of the houses.Based on the analysis of the related cases,it summed up the principles of the planning of the small town,the design method of building layout,space image,as well as the principles of the related requirements and the configuration of the landscape in the public area which are influenced by the natural and humanistic elements.The fifth chapter is the practice of the design method summarized in the previous two chapters,and discusses the application of design methods in practice.In this paper,the relationship between the small town and the residential building,and the design method of the house building under the background of the construction of the tourist style town are discussed,in order to enrich the academic achievements of the research on the design of the cultural and tourism-oriented town and the modern guest house,so as to further deepen the theoretical research in this field and provide some references for future research.
