BIM Application In The Project Of Reestabish And Expansion Of Courytard Villa In Guanlan Lake

In recent years,the topics of BIM technology application in architecture life-cycle become more and more popular.Also,the real cases appear frequently.Our nation provides directive opinion and related standards.However,most of practitioners still feel confusion through BIM application,such as how to use organization structure,which kind of employees should be hired,and what kind of work flow should be designed.I will analysis those problems through a real project and provide an ideal BIM's timing plan.The thesis includes 6 parts to introduce and study the application of BIM technology in architecture life.The first part is introduction,which is given a brief introduction for the thesis background study and current condition.Also,it provides the study purpose,importance and research method of the thesis.The second part provides related concepts and thesis and gives some concepts when BIM is using.Also,the BIM application constraints are analyzing in this part.Part III focus on the real project(the project of reestablish and expansion of Villa in Guanlan Lake)and design an application plan.The fourth part gives brief introduction of research objects and typical problem which occurs in projects' application.The author analysis processing problems and evaluates adopted measures.Through the real project and combine other applications,the fifth part is mainly design an ideal BIM method according to organization structure,human combination and working flows.Last but not least,the author provides the conclusion for BIM application principle and provide own expectation of BIM future using.Informatization is a necessary condition for architecture industrial convert to modernize and BIM technology is the key of it.Therefore,finding a set of appropriate application method for architecture development and suitable for national market is necessary.Despite the organization and human format will be improved with time passing and technique improvement in the future.According to current national condition,my plan provides the shortcut for the process,and accelerates the priority method collection under circumstances.Even though the method will be improved with time passing,the application principle cannot be changed.
