Design On The Modular LED Lighting And Air Cleaner System

Nowadays,LED is increasingly used in the lighting field.Facing the diversity of users' environment and values,this phenomenon has led to the diversified demand and huge business opportunities for LED lamps.Under the premise of cost saving,lighting companies must not only produce in batches,but also provide consumers with diversified choices.Besides,the development of the lighting industry requires the manufacture of lamps to meet the standardization,compatibility,and convenience of after-sales maintenance.Modular design is an excellent choice to meet the above requirements.This article skillfully combines the modular concept with LED lighting design and successfully implements two LED products:First,this article separates and modularizes the components of the lamp to form mutually independent functional modules.Through the arbitrary selection and combination of function modules,the user can achieve the diversity of LED lighting fixtures and realize an LED lighting fixture which has a variety of advantages such as compact size,high heat dissipation,and self-charging and discharging.The designed product has a wider range of illumination(1400-4800 Lux@40-20 cm)and a color temperature of 4000-5000 K for eye protection.Besides,the color rendering coefficient(CRI)of the LED light source is more than 92,close to the reference light source;And the noise is less than 25 dB,which is better than the corresponding national standard.Second,this article has designed two module components with air purification function.The module components have low noise,high efficiency of elimination of formaldehyde and bacteria,playing an important role in purifying the air.and they can be effectively combined with LED lighting fixtures to achieve a multi-purpose effect.This design integrates many disciplines and technologies such as optics,circuit design,and machining,and has formed corresponding physical products.It has successfully passed relevant certifications and tests and can be sold in the market in the future.The product designed in this article not only realizes the modular design concept,but also achieves a DC-free connection method instead of using the traditional circuit connection,making the product be plug-and-play,safe and portable.In addition,the various modules of the product designed in this paper can be freely disassembled,combined and recycled,reflecting the green environmental protection design concept.
